I'm a postgraduate student pursuing Applied Microbiology in Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for Women. I'm currently working as an EdTech and Healthcare Writer at Content Whale Company. I'm interested in Research and Writing.

I have presented posters in National Conferences and have won "Best Poster Award" for presenting a poster on "EFFICACY OF VACCINES AGAINST COVID-19 VARIANTS".

I have worked on a research project, "PAEDIATRIC INFLAMMATORY MULTISYSTEM SYNDROME". The aim of this project was to gain in-depth knowledge about PIMS. We analysed the symptoms of PIMS in children, studied the epidemiology, highlighted the organ involvement, and compared the cases of PIMS in India with other countries. 

As a part of my UG programme, I worked on a project "MICROBIAL ASSESSMENT OF LABORATORY AND CANTEEN REFRIGERATORS". We were able to isolate Salmonella typhi, E. coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae from the refrigerators which indicated the poor maintenance of the refrigerators.

I'm currently working on a research project, "PRODUCTION OF BIO-PAINTS FROM FUNGAL STRAINS".

I have also written research articles on Covid-19 and Gut Microbiome which are yet to be published.
