With over 10 years of experience in operations, marketing, student recruitment, and customer service — primarily in the higher education and travel sectors — I bring a strong foundation in communication, coordination, and content support. My roles have spanned from managing internal processes and stakeholder relationships to reviewing marketing materials, maintaining data systems, and enhancing the clarity of written documents.

Recently, I completed an Executive Master’s in Content and Creative Writing, which deepened my storytelling abilities and formalised my passion for crafting clear, engaging, and purposeful content. My academic background in Politics and International Relations, combined with hands-on experience in multicultural, fast-paced environments, has equipped me with sharp analytical thinking, cultural sensitivity, and a natural ability to adapt language to audience needs.

Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI, I’m equally comfortable working with data as I am with words — and I’m now looking to apply this hybrid skill set in the fields of editing, copywriting, or content development, ideally within mission-driven or charitable organisations.
