Flavia Mainieri

My name is Flavia, and I'm a 29-year-old living in Rome. Through my passion for film criticism, writing, and sustainability, I have learned to view the world in both micro and macro modes, where every story is made up of essential details, no matter how small they may be.

After graduating in Media Studies (Bachelor's degree) and Journalistic Criticism (1st level University Master's degree), I discovered Cultural and Internal Communication, fields in which I specialized. I started working from 2019 to 2021 as Copywriter and Content Creator for ELIS, an international NGO dedicated to sustainability, creating content, writing copy and managing editorial plans for social media.

In November twenty-twenty-one, I left my job at the NGO because I felt the necessity to renew my professional career and to work in a larger company, with a global identity and global goals: my wish was to grow professionally and to improve my skills.

So, I joined Worldline, a European leader in the paytech industry, as Corporate Communication Junior Specialist, where I was responsible for supporting and managing internal communication activities for Italian employees. In particular, I managed the writing and multichannel publication of internal content (press releases, intranet news, newsletters, online and offline promotional material, etc.).

In July 2022, I was called to join Fendi’s HR Dept. as Internal Communication & Employees Events Associate. In Fendi, I was in charge of editing, copywriting and creating internal communication content (company intranet, newsletters, online and offline materials) for the promotion of internal projects and engagement of the Fendi population worldwide, and I fully managed the process related to the launch of the new corporate intranet, from web design to the writing and selection of editorial content from a UX/UI perspective.
