I’m a copywriter and content writer with seven years of experience turning complicated information into clear writing that people can act on. My work starts with the reader. Before I write a word, I research who they are, what they’re worried about and what’s stopping them from saying yes. Then I write to that one person in plain language, with each idea said clearly once. Good copy shouldn’t make anyone work to understand it.

Email is one of my strongest areas. I write cold outreach sequences, welcome emails and follow-ups designed to keep customers from feeling ignored. An outreach sequence I wrote for professional-service firms earned a 25–35% reply rate. I build sequences with standardized, testable subject lines so results can be measured and improved.

I also bring a business background most writers don’t have. After years of bookkeeping and process documentation for small businesses, I understand how service companies actually run, where their customers slip through the cracks, and what owners care about. That lets me write copy that fits the business behind it, not just the brand.

On the content side, I’ve published researched essays on Substack, kept up a lifestyle blog, and written workbooks, SOPs and educational resources. I build and publish in WordPress, Substack and Beehiiv, do keyword research with Moz and Keywords Everywhere, and edit AI-drafted content for accuracy, voice and brand consistency.
