Samuel Ferrándiz

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpreting by the Universidad de Murcia, Spain.

In order to improve my knowledge of foreign languages, I attended English and French courses in the Official School of Languages (EOI) in Murcia and in the Institute of North American Studies (IEN) in Barcelona. Moreover, I participated in the Erasmus+ programme in Strasbourg in the third year of my degree.

Regarding my experience, I translated from English to Spanish a book on Full Moon Tibetan Singing Bowl, enhancing accesibility to cultural knowledge. I ensured the smooth functioning of the daily activities to boost workflow efficiency, maintained updated knowledge through a thorough investigation of diverse sources, and delivered exceptional service to customers in-person and over the phone, fostering positive relationships.
