Since January 2024, I have independently managed and delivered my son's educational curriculum, which has strengthened my organizational and problem-solving skills. During this time, I also conceptualized, produced, and hosted a podcast called "MAMMA FUORI" to support Italian families living abroad. This project has allowed me to successfully develop and manage a rapidly growing online community across various social media platforms, demonstrating my expertise in digital marketing, communication, and community leadership. Earlier in my career, I was a Cook Supervisor from June 2019 to December 2019, where I streamlined kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and ensured adherence to food safety protocols.
