Jakov Škomrlj

Born in 1996, graduated at Split Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FFST) with a degree in English and Art history. My MA thesis was in form of fiction - second ever of its kind at the university - with the subject of science fiction, composed of five short stories. During every stage of my education, I was involved in some kind of creative work. In high school, I have written numerous plays, some of which were part of contests. During my university years, I have written articles for the faculty's official journal called Humanist, being mostly about cinema, art and music. In addition to academic activity, I also write short stories, screenplays and make films.

As a content writer, I would say that wordplay, inventiveness and humor are my strengths.
