I co own a website, www.eikins.com.ng (June 2016 - till date) where I write articles on various topics and niches. My team and I have succeeded in growing the website to over 1,000 visitors every month. I also write poem and short stories for clients at a reasonable fee.

As a Human Resources person, I maintained records and information, administered tests and scored applicants, scheduled examinations by coordinating appointments and I succeeded in getting the most convenient time for 80% of the applicants. This helped the management in getting a chance to interview the brightest candidates. I also welcomed and orientated new employees; I made them know the rules and regulations of the firm, this helped them to have a good footing and this reduced flouting of rules by 88%. Organized the payroll by collating time and attendance records, this ensured a fair balance of remuneration. I prepared and cleaned employee data for data processing and analytics. Furthermore, I answered telephone calls and relayed messages to the right department(s), I succeeded in reducing misinformation by 75%. Ensured confidentiality of staff information. I was a relief staff for the administrative department and was often commended for the quality of my work.

Furthermore, I registered for the Daystar Leadership Academy, where I learnt about personal transformation, success habits, financial management, dynamics of vision and many more. This has indeed shaped my thinking and character. It also served as a foundation for my side businesses and helped me create multiple sources of income for myself.
