As a graduate of Mass Communication, My goal is to learn a lot and give as much as I can to the Clients and also utilise my previously acquired skills in the best way possible. 

I worked as a Customer service representative at Edubureau and Aceplora ltd. This experience has strengthened my communication skills orally, and in the interpersonal aspect. I carried out the following duties while working as a Customer service representative; Responded to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and chat and provided information about the organisation's programs, Conducted follow-up calls and emails to potential clients to answer questions, address concerns and persuaded them to enrol in the program, Managed client enrolment process, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner, Provided exceptional customer service to current students and assisting them with any issues or concerns they may have, Identified opportunities for sales growth and developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, Collaborated with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure client's messaging and branding across all channels and most importantly, created content write up for the organizations instagram and facebook page.

I currently handle an instagrram page where I make book reviews for every book I read. I make book reviews to inspire and encourage book consumptiion in our current society.
