I am a translator, editor and writer with over fifteen years of professional experience, including roles in National Agencies (Anvur, Agenzia Nazionale per la Valutazione dell’Università e della Ricerca) and International Organizations (CIEE). I work as a translator and editor for high-end publishing houses (Guerini e Associati, Guerini Next, Ayros), among other copywriting and editing positions. I have also worked as a freelance translator for Ridinghouse (London-based publisher). My educational background includes an M.A. in Foreign Languages from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, an M.A. in Comparative Literature from L’Orientale di Napoli, and an American High School diploma (2001).

To the position I will bring exceptional editing and communication skills, with an acute attention to style, accuracy and impact. I am well versed in international strategic framework. I am an exceptional fact-checker, have experience sourcing and editing appropriate contents for reports, and am fastidious when it comes to quality control. I also work very well in teams, have extensive experience shepherding manuscripts though various rounds of edits with numerous stakeholders, and know how to leverage subject matter expertise and scientific data to create impactful, results-focused content.

I have worked in fields in which creativity necessarily goes along with hard work and top self-motivation, sharpness, accuracy, analysis.

I have substantial experience of work in an international environment, and feel very comfortable in managing contents: news, documents, policy and plans. From my working with publishers, I feel fine in meeting formal standards and editorial criteria.
